REFUND POLICY

TICKETS

To secure your registration, full payment must be received. Please note that all tickets are non-​refundable, except in the case of positive PCR (proof required). If an event is postponed due to ​circumstances beyond our control, a new date and time will be communicated, or the ticket ​value can be used for a different retreat destination.


‌Please confirm with the team on group visas.


‌NOTE: For the Visa applications/letters, you MUST purchase your Manifest your Dreams ticket ​first before we can process your request.



‌​TRANSFERS

You have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual with a 72-hour notification. ​Last-minute transfers cannot be accommodated due to time constraints.

‌Please do NOT sell your registration or ticket to anyone – including family, friends, or anyone ​online. Registration must be in the name of the qualified registrant upon arrival at the event, or ​the ticket will not be valid.


In the event of illness within 48 hours, a transfer can be arranged with a doctor’s note.



REFUNDS

Generally, ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable. However, we will waive any fees ​for changes or refunds in the following circumstances:


Positive PCR test

The application should be sent in not later than 45 days before the event. Approved refunds will ​be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Please allow 10-14 days for the ​refunded amount to appear in your original payment method.
